Why I Enjoy Helping Others…

Why Help Others?

In many ways, this is a stupid question. If you don’t get it, you don’t get it. However, the point here then would be…

Why aren’t you helping anyone?

Today, you may not need help, but tomorrow you may. For me, I help because I can. Helping does not mean throwing money at people. Helping by listening is giving your time. If time is money, I am throwing quite a bit of money at people. We are making this clear that help is not monetary but time is equal to cash right? So why do this in the first place? Why offer time to help others?

I believe I Have Said This Before

As outlined in my book John Doe vs Evil when we needed help, everyone conveniently f*ucked right off and out of lives. So in the current process of thinking, I want to pay it forward and help while I can.

Sometimes all I need to do is listen.

Sometimes be straightforward

Sometimes be very tough

Sometimes give advice.

Sometimes people cry.

This has happened now for business and personal problems as well and I think I am pretty good at this.

Life Coaching

It seems that the more and more people I meet, the more people I find need help. This is a no-brainer as the math would add up at some point. Very few people have it all together. To sum it all up, more people need help than don’t.

I try hard not to tell people about my problems or issues. I try hard to handle things myself and yeah this can be hard. However, in the end, I feel I am better off finding solutions to my problems. That works for me. Being in business for a long time, dealing with hundreds of people as employees, gives you a good idea of people’s characters.

As I found this out last week, your gut feeling is the best feeling to go with. The first time I met this particular person, I had bad vibes. Over the months that passed, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought I was wrong. In the end, my original gut feeling was correct.

So why help, people?

In the end, it feels good to be able to give advice that people can benefit from. I have formed very good friendships over the years by doing this. Do people disappoint me? Oh hell yes! More often than not people will disappoint you in life. However, the ones that don’t and the ones that come through for you will be the friendships you form for a lifetime.

Zsolt Zsemba

Zsolt Zsemba has worn many different hats. He has been an entrepreneur, and businessman for over 30 years. Living abroad has given him many amazing experiences in life and also sparked his imagination for writing. After moving to Canada from Hungary at the age of 10 and working in a family business for a large part of his life. The switch from manufacturing to writing came surprisingly easily for him. His passion for writing began at age 12, mostly writing poetry and short stories. In 1999, the chance came to write scripts. Zsolt took some time off from his family business to write in Jakarta Indonesia for MD Entertainment. Having written dozens of soap operas and made for TV movies, in 2003 Zsolt returned to the family business once more. In 2018, he had the chance to head back to Asia once again. He took on the challenge to be the COO for MD Pictures and get back into the entertainment business. The entertainment business opened up the desire to write once more and the words began to flow onto the pages again. He decided to rewrite a book he began years ago. Organ House was reborn and is a fiction suspense novel while Scars is a young adult drama focused on life’s challenges. After the first two books, his desire to write not only became more challenging but enjoyable as well. After having several books completed he was convinced to publish them for your enjoyment. Zsolt does not tend to stay in one specific genre but tends to lean towards strong female leads and horror. Though he also has a few human interest books, he tends to write about whatever brews in his brain for a while.
