We Know Who Built The Pyramids

Who is behind the Pyramids?

Well, it’s not a Pharaoh from Egypt… Who are the people behind the Pyramids of Chi, the sound healing and wellness center in Ubud that offers ancient sound healing inside 3 giant pyramids? In this blog post, we will introduce you to the owners and the history of this amazing place, and how they came up with the idea of creating the Pyramids of Chi.

The owners of the Pyramids of Chi are Peter and Lynn McIntosh, a couple from Australia who have been living in Bali since 2010. Peter is a former engineer and entrepreneur who has always been fascinated by the power of pyramids and ancient sounds. Lynn is a former nurse and midwife who has a passion for holistic health and wellness.

Peter and Lynn first discovered sound healing when they attended a gong meditation session in Ubud in 2012. They were amazed by the effects of the sound vibrations on their body and mind. They decided to learn more about this ancient healing modality. They bought their own gongs and started to practice sound healing at home, as well as attending workshops and courses with various sound healers around the world.

The Geometry of it All

They also became interested in the concept of pyramid power, which is the belief that pyramids can generate and amplify positive energy due to their shape, geometry, alignment, and material. They researched about the Great Pyramid of Giza, one of the wonders of the ancient world, and learned that it was built with sacred geometry, polar alignment, and water presence to create a harmonious and healing energy field.

They wondered what it would be like to combine sound healing and pyramid power in Bali, a place that is already known for its spiritual and magical energy. They decided to make their dream a reality and started to look for a suitable land to build their own pyramids. They found a beautiful piece of land in Ubud, surrounded by rice fields and coconut trees, and began to design and construct their pyramids.

They hired local architects, engineers, builders, and craftsmen to help them create their vision. They used natural materials such as bamboo, wood, stone, grass, and water to build their pyramids. They also followed the principles of sacred geometry, polar alignment, and water presence to ensure that their pyramids would have the same energy as the Great Pyramid of Giza. They also installed solar panels to make their pyramids eco-friendly and self-sufficient.

Why Pyramids of Chi?

They named their pyramids the Pyramids of Chi, which means the Pyramids of Life Force Energy. They built two pyramids: the Pyramid of the Sun and the Pyramid of the Moon. The Pyramid of the Sun is dedicated to sound-only healing, while the Pyramid of the Moon is dedicated to sound and breath therapy. They also created a ‘Food as Medicine’ open-air café, a gift shop, and serene gardens to complement their sessions.

They opened their doors to the public in 2017, and since then they have been offering regular events including sound healing, light therapy, cacao ceremonies, breath and voice workshops, spiritual awakening, yoga and more with positive vibrations and pyramid power. They have also hosted many local and international guests, such as celebrities, musicians, artists, healers, yogis, meditators, and seekers.

The Pyramids of Chi are more than just a wellness center. It is a place where you can experience the magic of Bali, the wisdom of ancient cultures, and the power of sound healing. They are also a testament to Peter and Lynn’s vision, passion, and dedication to create something unique and transformative for themselves and others.
