It’s March 1, and It’s My Birthday!

I was born on March 1st of the year 19, 19-something…

Today is a special day for me, as it’s my birthday! However, I always forget how old I am. For one, like many others, we do not feel old even though we may age. Two, we do not act our age most of the time, which is the fun part of getting more mature with age. Does wisdom come with age? Not for all of us, but for some it sure does. I would put it under experience and learn from those experiences.

It’s funny how time flies by so quickly, and before you know it, another year has passed. However, the good news is that I have a perfect excuse for not revealing my age. On TikTok live and in messages, people always ask how old I am.  I always say I had a knock on the head, and that’s why I can’t remember. Some believe me and some do not. And let’s face it, age is just a number, right?

On this special day, I invite you to celebrate with me. Let’s forget about our age for a moment because as long as we have our health and humor, nothing else matters. It’s a great opportunity to reflect on the past year and to look forward to what the next year will bring. I’m grateful for the people in my life who have been there for me, and for the experiences that have shaped me into who I am today.

I may be maturing but I have big plans for my books in Indonesia, and property development ahead in Bali. While I am focused on my book launch on March second there are many more things for me to do in the years ahead.

So, let’s raise a glass (of whatever) to another year of life, laughter, and no more head injuries! I’m excited to see what the future holds, and I hope you’ll join me on this journey. Thank you for being a part of my life, and for making this birthday even more special. Even though we may never meet in real life, many of you are in my life through social media and I thank you all for that.

Happy Birthday to me!

Zsolt Zsemba

Zsolt Zsemba has worn many different hats. He has been an entrepreneur, and businessman for over 30 years. Living abroad has given him many amazing experiences in life and also sparked his imagination for writing. After moving to Canada from Hungary at the age of 10 and working in a family business for a large part of his life. The switch from manufacturing to writing came surprisingly easily for him. His passion for writing began at age 12, mostly writing poetry and short stories. In 1999, the chance came to write scripts. Zsolt took some time off from his family business to write in Jakarta Indonesia for MD Entertainment. Having written dozens of soap operas and made for TV movies, in 2003 Zsolt returned to the family business once more. In 2018, he had the chance to head back to Asia once again. He took on the challenge to be the COO for MD Pictures and get back into the entertainment business. The entertainment business opened up the desire to write once more and the words began to flow onto the pages again. He decided to rewrite a book he began years ago. Organ House was reborn and is a fiction suspense novel while Scars is a young adult drama focused on life’s challenges. After the first two books, his desire to write not only became more challenging but enjoyable as well. After having several books completed he was convinced to publish them for your enjoyment. Zsolt does not tend to stay in one specific genre but tends to lean towards strong female leads and horror. Though he also has a few human interest books, he tends to write about whatever brews in his brain for a while.
