Your Energy, Part 1.

Don’t Waste Your Energy on People Who Don’t Support You.

You’ve been there, and I have certainly been there. Especially now on social media and TikTok, we cannot help everyone. In life, we often come across people who don’t support us. It could be a friend, a family member, or even a colleague. These people may not believe in our dreams, or they may criticize us for our choices. Regardless of who they are, it’s important to remember that we shouldn’t waste our energy on them.

When we focus on people who don’t support us, we give them power over our lives. We allow their negative energy to affect us, and we may even start to doubt ourselves. This can be harmful to our mental and emotional well-being, and it can hinder our progress towards our goals.

Instead of wasting our energy on these people, we should focus on those who support us. Surrounding ourselves with positive and encouraging people can help us stay motivated and confident. These people can provide us with valuable feedback and advice, and they can help us achieve our goals.

Of course, it’s not always easy to ignore the people who don’t support us. We may feel hurt or frustrated by their lack of encouragement. However, it’s important to remember that their opinions don’t define us. We are in control of our own lives, and we have the power to choose whom we surround ourselves with.

In conclusion, don’t waste your energy on people who don’t support you. Instead, focus on those who do. Surround yourself with positive and encouraging people who believe in your dreams and support your choices. Remember that you are in control of your own life, and don’t let anyone else’s negativity hold you back.
