The Challenges are.

Oh my goodness, there are so many… For one, simply clicking a link on a TikTok profile or an Instagram profile is challenging. Click the link, and follow the link tree to the place or webpage you would like to visit. 

This is a very simple process yet, it is hard to grasp for some. Click the link and go to Google forms, and go to my website or Instagram. During a TikTok live I need to constantly explain how to do this one simple task.

I assume one cannot teach this in school but the general knowledge of an app and a link should be learned by now. Then I think back to my travels and realize that many of the people I spoke to didn’t own a phone. This is surprising but this is what we are facing. 

The Next Item:

Communication is key to any successful business and that too is lacking. We are not and cannot be mind readers. Filling out a Google form is adding up to be a monumental task. Asking people to post a photo should be easy. Yet they are trying to post links and documents. 

All we need is your info and a photo. Not a hard task but here we are struggling to make our group understand the concept. The more I look into this the more I feel I will be pushing a boulder up a hill for a while. 

On the other hand, it will be up to me to get the people working with me and understand the needs they have. Eventually, we will find common ground. 

The Chatroom.

In the beginning, we left people alone and they could not post or chat in the group. This was a mistake on our part but turned out well. Once we gave them access to chat their Telegram group went wild. Photos and links were being posted and suddenly the networking began. This was good and kept the group busy until we announced that we are reaching out to them one by one. 

This is a tedious process because they all want to tell their story and the story of their business. Understandable, but at the same time…time is money. 

The Money.

Most of these people have lost money, or are desperate and want to make money back from losses and so forth. Yes, it is all about the money. At the same time, we will not and cannot invest in every person that asks.

 The goals are: 

  1. Ask questions.
  2. Get answers.
  3. Prepare a game plan.
  4. Take on the client.
  5. Help where possible 
  6. Release the ones we cannot support.

Zsolt Zsemba has worn many different hats. He has been an entrepreneur, and businessman for over 30 years. Living abroad has given him many amazing experiences in life and also sparked his imagination for writing. After moving to Canada from Hungary at the age of 10 and working in a family business for a large part of his life. The switch from manufacturing to writing came surprisingly easily for him. His passion for writing began at age 12, mostly writing poetry and short stories. In 1999, the chance came to write scripts. Zsolt took some time off from his family business to write in Jakarta Indonesia for MD Entertainment. Having written dozens of soap operas and made for TV movies, in 2003 Zsolt returned to the family business once more. In 2018, he had the chance to head back to Asia once again. He took on the challenge to be the COO for MD Pictures and get back into the entertainment business. The entertainment business opened up the desire to write once more and the words began to flow onto the pages again. He decided to rewrite a book he began years ago. Organ House was reborn and is a fiction suspense novel while Scars is a young adult drama focused on life’s challenges. After the first two books, his desire to write not only became more challenging but enjoyable as well. After having several books completed he was convinced to publish them for your enjoyment. Zsolt does not tend to stay in one specific genre but tends to lean towards strong female leads and horror. Though he also has a few human interest books, he tends to write about whatever brews in his brain for a while.
