Influenced influencers Part 10

What did we learn?

As a business… We all have our strengths and our weaknesses. We can all do an analysis and make plans. We can all try and become successful but it all takes planning.

Social media is part of the business. It is no longer an add-on or an afterthought. How will this meal be presented? Will it look good on a plate? Will the photographs I took to be good enough to post or are they below the standard of my brand. Do I want to be associated with this person or that person?

The right fit.

As individuals, we all try and work with or should work with like-minded people. When you ask someone for help, to look at your business, be ready to be ripped apart, poked and prodded. To get the plan right and to look into the future, a consultant or an individual like myself will ask hard questions.

To make social media work for you, you need to know where you are headed. Posting sales goals alone will not get you there. Not having the right people in the right roles will only hinder your efforts. Paying social media companies and influencers will not get you results.

So?

So in the end, we all need to rely on social media, influencers and online platforms. My experience with various people and brands has been incredibly enlightening.

Working with small businesses and more of the micro-influencers always makes me think… It is so exciting and very challenging to grow or help save a struggling business.

Social media itself cannot save a struggling business. Unless you fix the underlying problem even cash injections are temporary. Seeing the big picture and working with a proper plan along with social media is the answer.

The influencer.

As I outlined… Finding a good influencer and working with them will only help if you are both ready to work together. Creating content seems easy but it is not. Creating good content is even harder… Sorry, but not everyone is cut out to be before the camera and flaunting their shit.

Everyone can find their niche market no matter how good you look or how much you lack talent. You can learn, you can act but at the end of the day, content, consistency and creativity will be the solution to all your problems. How you go about creating all that, well that’s your problem. Stay honest, stay grounded, stay safe, but above all be nice, and humble.

Zsolt Zsemba has worn many different hats. He has been an entrepreneur, and businessman for over 30 years. Living abroad has given him many amazing experiences in life and also sparked his imagination for writing. After moving to Canada from Hungary at the age of 10 and working in a family business for a large part of his life. The switch from manufacturing to writing came surprisingly easily for him. His passion for writing began at age 12, mostly writing poetry and short stories. In 1999, the chance came to write scripts. Zsolt took some time off from his family business to write in Jakarta Indonesia for MD Entertainment. Having written dozens of soap operas and made for TV movies, in 2003 Zsolt returned to the family business once more. In 2018, he had the chance to head back to Asia once again. He took on the challenge to be the COO for MD Pictures and get back into the entertainment business. The entertainment business opened up the desire to write once more and the words began to flow onto the pages again. He decided to rewrite a book he began years ago. Organ House was reborn and is a fiction suspense novel while Scars is a young adult drama focused on life’s challenges. After the first two books, his desire to write not only became more challenging but enjoyable as well. After having several books completed he was convinced to publish them for your enjoyment. Zsolt does not tend to stay in one specific genre but tends to lean towards strong female leads and horror. Though he also has a few human interest books, he tends to write about whatever brews in his brain for a while.
