If you ask me… We are doomed.

Since the invention of weapons, the wheel and electricity we have made such advances that I am surprised we have not completely blown ourselves to smithereens already.

I know, I am painting such a rosy picture here that it is hard to see the silver lining. I do not have an agenda. All I see is how we are slowly evolving to devolve. Take an airplane view of the world around us. Mother nature is amazing and when we end up creating our demise she will thrive.

Mother nature can fix this if we let her.

Mother nature will shake us off this planet as a dog shakes after a bath. She does not need is to rip her, dig her and blow her up as we rape her of natural resources so we can build cars and smartphones to scroll through TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.

Send pretty little selfies and dick pics around the planet for our entertainment.

The only bright light at the end of the tunnel here is… Wait I do not see the bright light at the moment. No, it is all dark and gloomy. The one and only thing I can hope for is for people like myself and others to realize that there is hope.

What hope can I see right now? Well, there are amazingly smart people who create, make and discover new things each day. We can hope that something great happens from some amazing discovery. Something that can outshine the invention of the lightbulb and electricity. Something or someone that can come forward to help us.

We think we are so advanced, but we are not. We are fools to think so. Look at the Amish community and how living off the land and living in peace and harmony with mother earth is far less stressful.

Is that the answer? Let’s go back to living in harmony with the planet. Back to living off the land in small groups. Sounds good to me, sign me up.

Zsolt Zsemba has worn many different hats. He has been an entrepreneur, and businessman for over 30 years. Living abroad has given him many amazing experiences in life and also sparked his imagination for writing. After moving to Canada from Hungary at the age of 10 and working in a family business for a large part of his life. The switch from manufacturing to writing came surprisingly easily for him. His passion for writing began at age 12, mostly writing poetry and short stories. In 1999, the chance came to write scripts. Zsolt took some time off from his family business to write in Jakarta Indonesia for MD Entertainment. Having written dozens of soap operas and made for TV movies, in 2003 Zsolt returned to the family business once more. In 2018, he had the chance to head back to Asia once again. He took on the challenge to be the COO for MD Pictures and get back into the entertainment business. The entertainment business opened up the desire to write once more and the words began to flow onto the pages again. He decided to rewrite a book he began years ago. Organ House was reborn and is a fiction suspense novel while Scars is a young adult drama focused on life’s challenges. After the first two books, his desire to write not only became more challenging but enjoyable as well. After having several books completed he was convinced to publish them for your enjoyment. Zsolt does not tend to stay in one specific genre but tends to lean towards strong female leads and horror. Though he also has a few human interest books, he tends to write about whatever brews in his brain for a while. View more posts
